Polish Studio Empyrean has announced that they are bringing their one-man renovation crew game House Flipper to the Nintendo Switch. The game is set to launch this week on Nintendo’s portable console on June 12th.

House Flipper was originally released back in 2018 on PC, and over the recent months has bee launched on other consoles like the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The house renovation simulator game has been bought by more than a million players, and now is being published for the Nintendo Switch by Ultimate Games S.A.

COO of Ultimate Games S.A. Rafał Jelonek had this to say about the game,

House Flipper is one of the most popular and top-rated simulators of recent years. The percentage of positive player reviews on Steam is as high as 88%. Now this best-selling, creativity-stimulating title will also reach the hands of Nintendo Switch owners. For the first time, virtual renovations will also take place on-the-go.

The best-selling simulator allows you to buy ruined houses and thoroughly transform them according to your own vision. The players take on the role of a one-man renovation crew, performing the tasks requested by the customers and purchasing run-down houses to renovate and sell them at a higher price. Besides the standard renovation activities, you will also have tasks such as wall painting, and several other range of options.

As part of the renovations, you will have tasks to replace the electrical system, connect the heating system or install air conditioning. As the developers emphasize, the players can also count on – among others – hundreds of items, possibilities to destroy houses and various challenges.
