GTA 6 Announcement Around The Corner Judging From Job Listing

GTA 6

Now that fans have had their fill of RDR2 we are getting more news regarding GTA 6. GTA and RDR are the two major games that Rockstar makes and now that RDR2 is out and people have already played it, the developer might be working on GTA 6. At least that is what we can expect from what we have read in a new job listing.

The new listing mentions “Develop new and enhance existing graphics technologies (rendering, lighting, shadows, shaders, culling, scene management and others) to help achieve state-of-the-art visuals,” which is most likely GTA 6. We do not have anything concrete regarding GTA 6 release but we have heard that that Rockstar is working on releasing Bully 2 and that it is also going to remaster RDR2 for Xbox Scarlett and PS5.

We are not sure whether different teams are going to work on different games at the same time or one game is going to be completed before the developer moves on to the next one. You should also keep in mind that this is speculation.

As the listing mentions developing new and enhancing existing technologies, it is safe to say that GTA 6 is going to release on upcoming next-generation consoles, PS5 and Xbox Scarlett. I am sure that the game will also release on Xbox One and PS4 but there will be limitations when it comes to graphics and features.

We will let you know more when we have further information regarding the game and what Rockstar is working. GTA V was a great game and was praised by millions. The bar is set very high for GTA 6 but this is Rockstar that we are talking about here. We will have to wait and see what Rockstar has in store for us and what kind of a crazy ride the new Grand Theft Auto game will take us on.
