New Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus Sequel Announced
In a cool new development for fans of the Warhammer 40,000 universe, the action-packed sequel to the acclaimed turn-based tactical game, Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus, is set to launch soon. This time, players will experience a twist as the Necrons join the Tech-priests of Mars as a playable faction. The game will feature an immersive soundtrack composed by the returning Guillaume David and a compelling story penned by Ben Counter. Gamers can add Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II to their wishlist now.
The game will be available on Windows PC, PlayStation®5, and Xbox Series X|S.
New Talisman: Digital Edition from Nomad Games
Nomad Games is gearing up to release a new version of Talisman: Digital Edition, inspired by the upcoming 5th edition of the classic board game. Expected to hit Steam later this year, with other platforms to follow, fans can already add the game to their wishlists. To celebrate the announcement, the current base version of Talisman: Digital Edition is available for free on PC and mobile devices.
Space Marine Games and Features Galore
The fan-anticipated Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine sequel has unveiled several new features that are sure to delight players. Among the highlights are a three-player co-op campaign mode, Operations PVE mode, and the return of the popular online multiplayer 6v6 Eternal War mode. Digital pre-orders are now open on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Steam, and the Epic Games Store, ahead of the September 9 release.
In the PVP mode, players can engage in up to 6v6 battles, choosing between Chaos Space Marines or Adeptus Astartes across six modes, including Annihilation, Seize Ground, and Capture & Control. The Cooperative PVE mode allows players to team up as Space Marines in groups of up to three, selecting from six classes such as the resilient Bulwark with a Storm Combat Shield or the stealthy Sniper with his Camo Cloak. Customization options abound, allowing players to personalize their Space Marines with a vast array of gear, heraldry, and colors. Pre-orders for the game are available in four different editions, both digitally and at retail.
Additionally, Zero Latency, a renowned VR arcade chain, has announced Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine VR – Defenders of Avarax. This new VR location-based experience is set to debut at Zero Latency venues worldwide in October. Fans can sign up now to stay updated on all things Space Marine VR.

Xbox Design Labs is launching two new controller designs to accompany your gaming setup. Rahul Kohli returns as Malum Caedo in the upcoming DLC for Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun. Titled Forges of Corruption, this DLC introduces new levels, enemies, weapons, and a horde mode, promising more retro-style action. Owlcat Games revealed the first DLC for Rogue Trader at Skulls, named Void Shadows. Set to release on August 8th for PC and console, this DLC invites players to explore new adventures in the Koronus Expanse, engage with an ancient Death Cult, uncover dark secrets, and ally with a new companion, the Death Cult Assassin. The game is also now optimized for the Steam Deck.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide is getting a free update titled Secrets of the Machine God on June 25th. Players will explore a derelict Mechanicus research station in Atelium Foundryplex Omega V, encountering new weapons such as the iconic bolt pistol, Ogryn pickaxes, shockmauls, and a new shotgun. The update also includes an in-game event, Hestia’s Decollation Crusade, where players can earn in-game currencies by destroying heretic swarms. More details are available on the Steam page.

Fatshark has detailed the past, present, and future of Vermintide 2. The game will receive a significant update to the Winds of Magic, a new loadout system, bug fixes, and quality-of-life improvements for Chaos Wastes. New features include weekly expeditions, updates to the Chest of Trials, and 30 new Boons. An open Alpha for the online multiplayer Versus mode will start on PC on May 30th. Fans can rest assured that the adventures of the Ubersreik Five are far from over!
Blood Bowl 3 Season 5 DLC: June 11 Release
The highly anticipated Blood Bowl 3 Season 5 DLC is set to launch on June 11, featuring the Necromantic Horror team. The new season will also introduce crossplay, enhancing the multiplayer experience.
